Kawaii Bento #2: A Healthy Sandwich Bento!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 sandwiches)
2 Whole Wheat Bread slices
2 Teaspoons of Reduced Fat Mayonnaise (I used 65% reduced fat mayo)
Mustard (just a touch!)
2 Faux Turkey slices
2 Tomato slices (without seeds)
2~3 Lettuce leaves
1 Boiled egg (cut into thin slices)
Salt & Pepper
Fruits of your choice (Apple, Strawberries, Kiwis, etc.)
NOTE: For the whole wheat bread, read the nutrition label carefully and choose breads that list "whole" grain or "wheat" as the first ingredient! The above is the amount for my own personal taste, so please adjust to what is best for you. :)
